Attention: About 5G Wi-Fi compatibility
Because 5G is a new WiFi technology and has only been applied to camera security products in the recent years, there are many router brands around the world, and the technologies adopted may be different. As a result, some 5G routers may be incompatible with this camera. Please clearly consider and choose carefully before buying.

Three Night Modes
- Switch to Normal night vision mode, the camera 4 infrared lights work. The night monitoring screen is black and white, but the day is colour
- Switch to Intelligent Full Colour mode, the camera is infrared night vision as default. when someone walks and trigger the camera motion detection function, the white lights will be turned on and the infrared light will be turned off, and the full-colour night vision is immediately switched on, can frighten thief. Switch back to infrared night vision after 3 minutes.

Motion detection and Humanoid tracking
- 3MP camera have motion detection only, when it detects moving object, it will follow the moving object automatically.
- 5MP has both motion and humanoid detection functions.

Surveillance Camera Q&A
Q: How should I do if failed to connect the camera and mobile?
A:
- Please make sure the camera and mobile are in the same router.
- Please check the router have the DHCP function enabled and Connected WIFI is 2.4G /5G.
- Please make sure the WIFI signal is strong enough at the camera location, higher than 3 cells is much better.
- If there is no problem mentioned above, but still not work. Please use the pin to press and hold the Reset button for 15s to reset the camera before connecting the camera. You will hear "Camera Reset " at a successful reset and wait 5-8s you will hear "Camera starting up" then try to connect the WIFI again.
Q: Why I can't get the notifications on my phone?
A: Please turn back to camera setting and check if alarm button on.
Q: Is this a wireless camera, built in battery, no need of power supply?
A: No, it comes with a DC12V 1A power supply, no battery built in.
Q: Why this camera not supported my Home Assistant or NAS system?
A: This camera only supports XMeye, EseeCloud NVR DVR's ONVIF protocol, other third party not for sure; please contact us for further confirmation.
